About the teacher
Lee Howson has been practising mindfulness meditation for over twenty years and has been teaching for the past seven years. He is fully versed in all three basic approaches to meditation – mindfulness, contemplative, insight – and incorporates all these techniques into classes to give students comprehensive techniques and skills to engage fully in their meditation practice.
He is also a skilled and experienced Qigong teacher, having trained intensively and recieved teaching authorisation form the Shiatsu College Hastings.
