About Tai Chi Qigong
Qigong is the ancient art of mindful movement to synchronise mind and body, free up energy and vitality, and support relaxation and well-being.
This class will integrates the benefits of mindfulness with those of traditional Qigong by emphasising simple yet powerful movements. In particular you can learn the 18 movements that form the Tai Chi Qigong Shibasi set.
